Ken’s experience as a semi-professional rugby player and working with international teams in New Zealand has given him the knowledge of how Testing and S&C work to get better results on the field.Pro-Test uses the most up to date testing equipment to measure specific sport fitness elements which can be tailored to suit the sport or individual.

We start by discussing the needs of the team or individual and establishing what the fundamental fitness components of that sport are, broken down positionally if need be. We then put the testing battery together using our testing equipment.
• Timing gates - speed, agility and power
• Jump mat - power, ground contact time, strength endurance
• Specific strength - upper/lower body, core
• Specific flexibility - movement flexibility, injury prevention
Once the information has been gathered from the testing battery we can then provide specific S&C advice and programmes to properly periodise training, so that the team or individual peaks at the right time.
Our aim is to help individuals, clubs, teams and schools develop S&C programmes which are sport specific, scientific and fun, whilst helping to achieve performance goals.
