New for 2018 is Invigorate’s Youth Boxing Academy, teaching the basics of the noble art to the younger generation. Stance, footwork, power, fitness, discipline, and most importantly fun, are all included.


Elements of boxing and fitness training are mixed to develop attributes such as speed and strength, and course leaders use a range of games-based activities to underline how these skills are useful in all sports.

The class teaches kids to use their core to generate power and stability. We take a scientific strength and conditioning approach to our youth classes that is unique to Invigorate Training. Over the years we have helped many children grow stronger and become more confident at the same time.

We currently run Junior (8-11 years) and Senior (12-15 years) classes. These take place at 4.30pm and 5.30pm respectively on a Monday night at the Powerstation Youth Club in Mortlake.

Classes run during term time and sometimes during school holidays, depending on the availability of the kids.
